Would it be OK to keep a pig in my garage (i've got some plastic sheeting to protect it)?

I may need to look after one for a few weeks as I've got a pal going into hospital.Would it be OK to keep a pig in my garage (i've got some plastic sheeting to protect it)?
not ideal but if it's a must, make sure you take it for a walk ;-)Would it be OK to keep a pig in my garage (i've got some plastic sheeting to protect it)?
If your friend is going into hospital - the best thing would be that the pig stays where it lives now and you go to it to check on it.

It should be ok in a garage for a week or two, but it will need to be taken out daily.

Also - do you realise that your garage will forever smell like pigsh1t? You will never get rid of it - it will be on the floor, the walls and even the ceiling.
if you want to keep a pig then you need to get a holding licence from defra but would,nt your neibhours complain i would love a pig but my husband said no has we already have loads of pets but i would have it in the house and train it
i wouldn't keep in solely in the garage. It needs to get out and walk around in your yard. Ask your friend to thoroughly explain what the pig needs before you commit.
Nope, there are strict rules on the movement of pigs. They also need to be on earth so they can root around.
Yeah. I agree with the person before me. If you keep it in there during the night, that should be ok. But let it out!
not in your garage. is good for there night area for sleep etc. but in thje day they need fresh air and grass etc
No. you are not fit and proper person to keep a pig. PERIOD!
