Try contacting local plastics companies. They can sell you scrap for close to nothing and sometimes they've just given things to me for free.
Lowe's, Home Depot-they will cut to size for you if you need.
the plastic would depend on the Use....... And HD WILL NOT cut plastic sheets.........
